CONTRASTIVE ANALYSIS OF INCORPORATION IN ENGLISH AND LITHUANIAN

The aim of the paper is to present general understanding incorporation and compare contrast it in English Lithuanian. Generally incorporated constructions are understood as which a verb one its arguments form particularly tight unit. Incorporation typical many Siberian North American language families. Although Lithuanian do not belong them, some types can be identified their grammatical structure. analysis based on evidence drawn from Jack London’s novel “White Fang” translation into language. analyses cases noun, preposition, adjective incorporation.
